This Pdf also includes legislative decree 06/2020 and its provisions are implemented to prevent an epidemiological emergency from Covid-19. Thus, this 8 March 2020 decree is an anti-contagion order to lock down Lombardy and 14 provinces in Italy.

Postponement of educational activities in all kindergartens, schools, and universities.
Opening of places of worship but individuals need to respect the distance between them of at least one meter. Civil and religious ceremonies are postponed including the funerals.
Locking down of cultural institutes, places, and museums.
Deferral of public and private competitions excluding those where the assessment of candidates is done only on a curricular basis or automatically. It also excludes competitions for civil protection personnel, for health personnel which must take place distantly to ensure the interpersonal safety distance.
The bars and restaurants can be opened from 6.00 to 18.00 with a responsibility on the operator to confirm the conditions of respecting the interpersonal safety distance of no less than one meter. In case of violation of the order, the bars’ activities can be suspended.
Commercial activities are permitted but the operator has to guarantee one-meter distance between the visitors. If infringement happens, activities will be suspended.
Postpone the ordinary leave of personnel whose activities are required to direct the activities needed by the crisis units established at the regional level.
Embracing of remote connection methods to ensure interpersonal safety distance of one meter and avoid gatherings.
Shutting down of medium and large sales structures, and shops present within shopping centers and markets on festive and pre-holiday days. On weekdays, the operator must establish the conditions to respect the interpersonal safety distance of one meter. The shutting down is not available for pharmacies, para pharmacies and food outlets, conditional on compliance with the interpersonal safety distance of one meter.
Deferment of the activities of gyms, sports centers, swimming centers, swimming pools, wellness centers, spas (excluding the provision of the services under the LEA), social centers, cultural centers, leisure centers.
Driving license examinations suspended. Management provision orders in favor of candidates who were unable to take the examination tests due to the deferral, the extension of the terms provided for in articles 121 and 122 CdS.
