Trump Claims ‘Truckloads’ of Proof Are Coming to Back His Rigged 2020 Election Allegations

Trump says “truckloads” of evidence is about to come out proving the 2020 election was stolen - The Newz Square

President Donald Trump on Sunday claimed his administration possesses “truckloads” of evidence proving Democrats “rigged” the 2020 presidential election, repeating allegations he has made for years without presenting proof.

“We have all the ammunition, all the stuff, and you’ll see it come out,” Trump said. “It’s coming out in truckloads.”

Trump made the remarks while hosting a Christmas reception at the White House, accusing Democrats of being “professionals at cheating,” particularly in elections. He again pointed to the 2020 race, which he lost as the incumbent to Joe Biden.

The president contrasted that defeat with the 2024 election, which he said he won after Biden dropped out following a widely criticized debate performance, leaving Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee.

“I said, ‘Go out and vote. You gotta go out and vote and make it too big to rig,’” Trump said, describing his strategy for 2024.

Trump has repeatedly claimed the 2020 election was rigged, allegations that were rejected by courts, state election officials, and his own Justice Department at the time.

In 2023, Trump was indicted on multiple federal charges related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. That case, along with a separate federal investigation into his handling of classified documents, was later dropped after he won the 2024 election, in line with longstanding Justice Department policy barring prosecution of a sitting president.

Both investigations were led by special counsel Jack Smith, who recently announced plans to launch a new law firm with several former Justice Department colleagues.

Trump’s comments on the election came after he opened the White House event on a somber note, acknowledging victims of three deadly attacks that occurred over the weekend.

He described the mass shooting at Bondi Beach, where 11 people were killed and dozens injured during a Hanukkah celebration, as a “purely antisemitic attack.”

Trump also offered his “deepest regards and respect” to the families of two people killed at Brown University, and vowed “big damage” would be inflicted on ISIS following an attack in Syria that left three Americans dead.
