IndiGo has grounded a pilot for allegedly misbehaving with a 75-year-old lady passenger needed chair help — and her family unfinished inquiry. During a series of tweets, Bengaluru-based Supriya Unni Nair on Tues narrated the alleged harassment by the captain wherever the latter vulnerable Nair and her 75-year-old mother on a flight they took on Monday.
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) chief Arun Kumar has ordered an inquiry into this alleged case of traveler harassment. “We can take action as per rules (once the probe is over and facts of the case established),” Kumar aforementioned.
