Laughing Trump Drops Bombshell Admission - Confirms ‘Sh*thole Countries’ Rant He Spent Years Denying

President Donald Trump openly laughed and appeared to confirm, then escalate his infamous first-term “sh*thole countries” rant during a fiery rally at Mount Airy Casino Resort on Tuesday night, stunning even some longtime observers.

Trump has been on the defensive over voters’ growing anger about affordability, repeatedly dismissing concerns about high prices as a political “con job” despite fresh polls showing him underwater on the economy. Seeking to regain momentum, he returned to the campaign trail — and leaned into rhetoric reminiscent of some of his most controversial moments.

During one exchange, Trump brought up his newly announced “permanent pause” on migration from several nations he described as “hell holes,” including Afghanistan, Haiti, and Somalia. When a supporter shouted “SH*THOLES!” Trump laughed and seized the moment.

“I didn’t say sh*thole you did!” he said, prompting roaring laughter and cheers.

He then went even further, recounting the 2018 Oval Office meeting in which he reportedly asked senators why the U.S. accepts immigrants from “sh*thole countries” instead of nations like Norway and Sweden. At the time, Trump furiously denied making the remark.

On Tuesday, however, he retold the story with gusto:

“Why is it we only take people from sh*thole countries? Why can’t we have some people from Norway, Sweden… Denmark? Send us some nice people!”

He went on to describe Somalia as “filthy, dirty, disgusting, ridden with crime,” and claimed the only skill Somalis possess is “going after ships” before boasting they avoid targeting U.S. vessels out of fear of American missile strikes.

The remarks mark one of Trump’s most explicit acknowledgements yet of comments he long insisted were fabricated, while also underscoring his return to the incendiary language that defined much of his first term.
