Trump’s Own DOJ Releases Bombshell FBI Files Alleging Rape of 13-Year-Old and Sex Trafficking Ties

An explosive set of newly released Justice Department documents includes a disturbing allegation that President Donald Trump raped a 13-year-old girl — a claim the White House has firmly denied and described as “unfounded and false.”

The allegation appears in an Federal Bureau of Investigation file dated August of last year that was made public as part of a broader document release tied to the crimes of convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The file is linked to an investigation into the Alexander brothers, three wealthy Florida siblings currently on trial on sex trafficking charges.

According to the document, the FBI maintained a spreadsheet compiling tips and complaints submitted to the bureau. One entry describes a report from a woman who claimed that a friend was forced to perform oral sex on Trump roughly 35 years ago in New Jersey when the girl was approximately 13 or 14 years old. The tip alleges the girl was struck after biting Trump and that she was also abused by Epstein. The file notes that the FBI spoke with the caller and forwarded the lead to its Washington Field Office for follow-up.

Another allegation in the same spreadsheet claims an online complainant reported being a victim and witness to a sex trafficking operation at Trump’s golf course in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, between 1995 and 1996. The complaint alleged that Ghislaine Maxwell served as a “madam and broker” for sex parties and that the complainant was threatened by Trump’s then-head of security to remain silent. The FBI file states the complainant was interviewed and deemed “not credible.”

The documents also reference a separate tip alleging Trump hosted parties at Mar-a-Lago known as “calendar girls,” claiming Epstein brought underage girls to the events. According to the file, investigators were unable to follow up on the allegation due to a lack of contact information.

Another entry involves a limousine driver who claimed to know someone who was allegedly a victim of both Trump and Epstein. The FBI reportedly left a voicemail to follow up but received no response, and the matter does not appear to have been pursued further.

The release has renewed scrutiny of how the FBI handled tips related to Epstein and his associates. In the case involving the alleged 13-year-old, the file indicates the complainant later contacted the bureau again to follow up on her report, but the response recorded in the spreadsheet reads: “No contact made.”

The documents were part of an internal FBI email chain dated August 6 and 7 of last year, roughly two weeks after then-Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche interviewed Maxwell. According to the file, Maxwell told investigators that Trump was “a gentleman in all respects” and said she never witnessed him acting inappropriately toward anyone associated with Epstein.

Trump has consistently denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein and has previously said he cut ties with the disgraced financier long before Epstein’s arrest. He has also expressed concern that the release of unverified allegations could unfairly damage the reputations of people who interacted with Epstein years ago.

While the claims outlined in the documents are unproven and, in several cases, were not pursued or were deemed not credible by authorities, their disclosure has intensified questions about Trump’s past association with Epstein and about how federal investigators handled tips tied to one of the most notorious sex trafficking cases in modern U.S. history.
